Not sure what your website needs? Let’s find out.

You know something isn’t working, but you don’t know whether the answer is new copy, a cleaner structure, better booking, a complete rebuild or a much smaller fix.

I’ll look at what people see, what you’re offering, how they book and which tools sit behind it. Then I’ll tell you what to fix now, what can wait and what you can happily leave alone.

This could help if...

you can’t tell whether the site needs a few good changes or a fresh start;
you’ve looked at several services and none feels like the obvious answer;
people visit but still email to ask what you do or which option to choose;
booking turns into a string of questions and little admin jobs;
you’re planning a first website and need help working out what belongs on it;
you want to know what’s genuinely worth paying for before you commit.

What I look at

what someone understands in the first few seconds;
whether it’s obvious what you offer and who each option is for;
the words, proof and useful information that may be missing;
how easy it is to find things, especially on a phone;
what happens from enquiry to booking, payment and the first day of working together;
any obvious technical, search or accessibility problems;
the apps and tools the website has to work with.

What you get

You’ll get a recorded working session and a written, plain-English plan. Not a fifty-point list of tiny faults that leaves you wondering where to begin.

I’ll put everything in a sensible order and point out what’s already working, so you don’t pay to replace it.

Honest advice, even when the answer is “leave it alone”

If the website basically works, I’ll say so. If one small change is enough, I’ll say that too. And if somebody else would be better for the job, I’ll tell you plainly.
