Your website can become a very capable executive PA

When you work alone or run a lean team, you probably don’t need another dashboard. You need reliable help. I connect your WordPress site to the apps, automations and AI agents around your business. It can research, prepare, organise, follow up and report back like a very capable digital PA. You still make the decisions that matter.

What changes when the business has proper backup

Automatic where it helps. Yours where it matters.

On Monday morning, the grants, tenders, press requests, speaking invitations and collaborations worth knowing about are already in your calendar, with links, deadlines and the important details. You decide which ones are worth your time. You stay informed without becoming a full-time researcher. The important news and ideas from sources you trust arrive in one short update, ready for you to read with your coffee.

Safe to run by itself

Better with your approval

Your ideas keep reaching people while you’re with clients or doing the work you love. A well-researched article draft appears in WordPress, then becomes drafts for LinkedIn, Instagram, email and ads. Nothing is posted until you’re happy with it.

These are not just technical annoyances.

Every unnecessary step gives a prospective client another opportunity to get distracted, lose confidence or decide to do it later.

Sensitive stays human

People can become clients while you’re working, having dinner or asleep. They work out which service suits them, answer the important questions, book and pay. You wake up to a promising new client, not six little emails. New clients arrive ready. Their agreement, payment, questions, welcome email, meeting details and course or portal access have already happened in the right order.

Custom app, or a simpler fix?

You finish a client call and can actually leave it. A warm follow-up is ready for you, the agreed jobs are in the right place and the next date is in the calendar. On Friday afternoon, one short update shows the leads, bookings, payments, content, opportunities and loose ends.

Confirmations, reminders, access, routine follow-up, record updates and daily checks can happen without waiting for you. Articles, ads, proposals and public replies can pause for review, so speed never outruns judgment or your voice. Personal client questions, difficult decisions and anything high-stakes come back to you. You’ll also have clear logs and a manual route if a connection fails.

I won’t suggest a custom app simply because I can build one. I care about fixing what’s actually getting in the way, not selling you the biggest build. Sometimes the answer is a good form and two simple connections. Sometimes a small custom app really is better because your business works in a way an off-the-shelf tool can’t quite handle. I’ll explain what it would do, what it costs, which information it touches and who looks after it. If a simpler option will do the job, I’ll tell you.

We look at what happens now, what keeps going wrong and which jobs eat more time than they should. Then I tell you what’s worth keeping, what needs connecting and what, if anything, should be built. I build and test it from beginning to end, then show you how it works and how it’ll be looked after.

How we'll untangle it

What it costs

Focused integrations begin at 15,000 SEK. Smart website systems usually cost 25,000 to 75,000 SEK. Agent and custom app systems begin at 65,000 SEK; larger applications are quoted separately.

We decide what it can do

What it should never do and when a real person needs to step in.

If an ordinary form or automation would be more reliable, I’ll recommend that instead.

For solo founders & small teams

Time and investment

A smaller integration or connected landing page can start at around 5,000 SEK.

Most booking, payment and automation projects fall between 8,000–35,000 SEK and take approximately 1–5 weeks.

More involved course, membership and community projects commonly range from 20,000–60,000+ SEK.

Custom AI agents usually start around 15,000 SEK, depending on what they need to know and do.

Smaller technical work can be charged at 800–1,500 SEK per hour.

Prices exclude VAT, subscriptions, payment fees and ongoing usage costs. Any recurring costs are explained before we begin.

Get in touch

Start with the annoying part

You don’t need to describe the solution.

Tell me what you are doing manually, where clients become confused or what you wish could happen more smoothly.

Working out the rest is part of my job.

Client feedback

This is usually how it ends

Most people come to me feeling unsure about their website.

It’s either unfinished, outdated, or doing a poor job representing their work.

What I hear again and again, once we’re done, is relief.

Relief that things finally make sense. Relief that the website feels like them.

And very often: “I didn’t think this could feel this easy.”
