Make the whole business look like it belongs together

Your website uses one style. Your Instagram uses another. Then there’s the booking page, newsletter, presentation deck and course material. Each may be perfectly fine on its own. Together, they look like a group project nobody introduced. I give the business a look of its own, then make sure it works on the things you actually use.

When everything starts to feel like one business

What I can create

Someone can move from Instagram to your website, from a proposal to the booking page, or from a course email to a presentation and still feel at home. You stop starting from scratch every time you open Canva. Posts, proposals and presentations become quicker to make, and the business becomes easier to recognise.

Keep what works. Change what doesn't.

The bones are good

the big visual idea that makes it feel like you;

colour palette and typography;

a logo or wordmark, if you actually need one;

image direction, illustration style and graphic elements;

layouts for social media, presentations, newsletters and course material;

a short, useful guide so you know what to use where;

the new look applied to your website and the places clients see most.

When every part of the experience looks different, small doubts can begin to appear:

“Is this the right page?”

“Is this offer still current?”

“Is it safe to pay here?”

“Is this business really at the level the price suggests?”

A strong visual system removes those unnecessary questions.

The business has moved on

We’ll make the things you’ll actually use and skip the brand-deck padding. You won’t get forty decorative files and a new problem: what am I supposed to do with all this?

Made for real life, not a beautiful PDF

What it costs and how long it takes

If the logo still feels right, we’ll keep it. I can refresh the colours, type, photographs and layouts around it so everything finally works together.

If the business feels nothing like it did when the old identity was made, we can start again and create a look that suits where you’re going now.

The point is to make everyday things easier. When the next post, slide deck, workshop or offer needs to be made, you’ll know what to use and it’ll still look like you.

How it works

What changes for you

Focused visual identity projects begin at approximately 25,000 SEK. Complete visual identities and brand universes begin at 45,000 SEK and usually take three to six weeks. If you need the website and identity together, I’ll quote them as one project.

If you hire an assistant or social media manager:

you can give them a clear system instead of explaining your taste every week.

Your clients experience

the same level of care from the first Instagram post to the website, booking page, welcome email and programme materials.

For solo founders & small teams

Time and investment

Smaller graphic design projects can start at around 4,000 SEK.

A visual identity refresh usually falls between 12,000–25,000 SEK.

A more complete visual identity and practical graphic system usually falls between 25,000–45,000 SEK.

Projects normally take 1–4 weeks.

Smaller or ongoing design work can be charged at 800–1,500 SEK per hour.

Prices exclude VAT, printing, paid fonts, stock images and third-party costs.

Client feedback

This is usually how it ends

Most people come to me feeling unsure about their website.

It’s either unfinished, outdated, or doing a poor job representing their work.

What I hear again and again, once we’re done, is relief.

Relief that things finally make sense. Relief that the website feels like them.

And very often: “I didn’t think this could feel this easy.”
