Tell me what you need. “I’m not sure” works too.

Maybe you want a beautiful new website. Maybe everything should finally look like it belongs together. Maybe you’d love the site to help with the repetitive work, or you want your best thinking turned into content people can find.

You might know exactly what you want. You might simply know the business deserves something lovelier, clearer or easier to run.

Both are good places to start. You don’t need a plan or the right words. “Hello, I need help” is a perfectly good beginning.

I read every enquiry myself. If I think I can help, we’ll have a proper conversation and work out where to begin. If I’m not the right person, I’ll tell you. I also keep two to four places each year for reduced-fee work with early-stage founders and small organisations. Mention it if that may apply to you.
