Everything looks good. So why doesn't it feel like one business?

Nothing is obviously wrong. The logo is nice. The website is nice. Your Instagram posts are nice. Even the booking page is perfectly respectable. Yet moving between them feels like meeting four versions of the same business. That tiny moment of uncertainty matters. People trust what they recognise, and recognition grows when the same character follows them from the first post to the final confirmation email. The answer isn’t to make everything identical. It’s to make everything feel related.

The problem isn't ugliness. It's recognition.

You don’t have to throw away everything you’ve already made. Very often, the right pieces are there. They simply need somebody to see the whole picture and help them belong together.
