A good case study is better than another page of promises

Most service websites make the same promises. Thoughtful. Bespoke. Strategic. Results-driven. A potential client may believe you, but they still don’t know what those words look like when the work becomes difficult. A good case study lets them watch you notice the real problem, make a decision and create something better. It doesn’t need a miraculous revenue graph. It needs enough truth for the reader to recognise their own situation.

Begin before the polished final image

Show the decisions, not only the deliverables

Use the strongest evidence you honestly have

Let the client sound like a person

A useful case study doesn’t shout, “Look how brilliant I am.” It quietly shows the reader what it might feel like to bring you a real, imperfect problem and be understood.
